Passenger Water transportation:
Existing transportation corridors of Road or Suburban Rail System in Mumbai has reached to the saturation level and there is an urgent need to develop the alternative public transportation system. As such, Passenger water transport system has been planned in the eastern and the western cost of Mumbai. This will help in connecting Greater Mumbai with far situated Suburbs and Main Land on Navi Mumbai side.

Our organization is geared up to take up such projects on PPP model including operations. One of such project is under pipe line.

Multilevel Car Parking
Car Parking area is one of the key issues in the Metropolitans cities. As such authorities are developing the multilevel car parking with the association of private developers. We are developing one of such parking for Delhi Metro Rail Corporation on airport metro corridor at New Delhi Station with commercial facility. The total floor area of the project is about 5.35 lakhs Sqft.
