Since 2009, there has been a tremendous boost in Road sector on PPP basis projects in NHAI and other State Govt Agencies. Pratibha Industries Limited too gears up to take bigger responsibility in Road Sector by participation in PPP model Road projects where concessionare has to not only construct Road & Bridges, but also to operate and maintain the stretch for a pre-determind concession period ranging from 15 to 30 years. Pratibha Industries Limited 's PPP division started functioning in Nov-2009 and stikes a strong presence in PPP-Road sector by bagging potential PPP projects of MSRDC and NHAI as under:

  • Construction of Sakhali Bridge in Baramati on BOT basis including maintenance of Roads (MSRDC)
